Alzheimer’s Memorial Challenge Run from Pretoria to Cape Town

On September 13^th six runner’s will take the step as they set off for a non-stop run from Pretoria to Cape Town, in a bid to raise funds and to increase awareness for the Alzheimer’s disease. The group will pass through Bloemfontein, linking the countries capital cities, before finally finishing their epic journey by running the Cape Town Marathon on 22^nd September – The day after international Alzheimer’s Day.

Running in a relay format, there will be a member of the team on the road every minute of every day, using service and secondary roads to complete what will undoubtly be a gruelling, yet inspirational, road trip like no other.
