Having sold more than 50-million albums worldwide, Nickleback are the most commercially successful Canadian group and they will be in concert at GrandWest on both Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 December 2013.

Nickleback’s music straddles the genres of Hard Rock, Post-Grunge, Alternative Rock, Heavy Metal, Alternative Metal, Pop Rock and early Grunge.

They were ranked the Top Rock Group of the 2000 Decade by Billboard and their hit song How You Remind Me was listed as the top Rock Song of the Decade. Nickleback have won six Billboard Music Awards, twelve Juno Awards and have received six Grammy nominations as well. Their most recent album Here and Now was released in 2011. The Best of Nickleback Volume 1 is due out this year and a new album in 2014.

The band was formed in Hanna, Alberta in Canada and went through a number of configurations from its formation in 1995 to 2005. Nickleback now consists of Chad Kroeger on lead guitar and lead vocals, Ryan Peake on rhythm guitar, keyboards and backing vocals, Mike Kroeger on bass guitar and Daniel Adair on drums.
