The spectacular combination of circus and orchestra, the Cirque de la Symphonie will perform at the GrandWest Grand Arena on Saturday 21 June and Sunday 22 June 2014.
The international production returns to Cape Town after sold out performances last year.
Cirque de la Symphonie brings together the magic of circus and the musical splendour of an orchestra in one exciting show. Performing artists will include veterans of top circus productions around the world and will feature aerial flyers, acrobats, contortionists, dancers, jugglers, balancers and strongmen.
Each performer’s act is professionally choreographed to classical music masterpieces and popular contemporary music, with maestro Theodore Kuchar and the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra in live performance. Cirque de la Symphonie will be as spectacular to the ears as it is to the eyes.
Shows start at 7pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. Tickets are available from Computicket between R200 and R350 each.
