TRINITY FUNKTION ROOM CAPE TOWN

Trinity (as it has been previously know), has evolved into a multifunctional events’ venue making up part of the newly developed Bennett Street Complex, now comprised of Trinity Funktion & Gold Restaurant, both which operate independently yet complementally.

Located in the heart of Cape Town’s trendy Green Point, Trinity Funktion is an exclusive hospitality venue like no other: previously known as ‘Cape Town’s Superclub’, the glamorous venue is a nightclub no more, and instead offers not only varied space, but a full stable of services to create the ultimate event specifically tailored to the client’s requirements.

The space is now only a venue for hire and is available throughout the year. (Similar to the offering at the Cape Town International Convention Centre—just a more intimate and luxurious space).

Operational since 2010, this events-venue-for-hire, has hosted a multitude of successful and diverse functions; spanning from nightlife events and corporate functions to film shoots and even fashion shows.

The function venue is easily accessible and is located close to some of the city’s most iconic features such as, the V & A Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium. Trinity has all the urban decadence you could expect, combining ‘unrestrained opulence with a distinct, progressive and modern approach’.

There is vast scope in terms of décor and mood, due to the multi-level configuration of the Trinity Funktion space, with luxurious yet understated finishes the décor lends itself to be easily transformed into the client’s vision.

Named after its impressive ‘Funktion One’ sound system, Trinity Funktion boasts a Mezzanine & Salon Prive with Cape Town’s most state-of-the-art lighting and sound experience. With the added bonuses of the motorised projection screen, 7-metre stage and authentic Indian temple doors, this ‘Funktion’ space can easily be used as the platform for events and brand activations alike.

The Salon Privé is opulent with plush carpeting, deep armchairs, ottomans and leather bar seats, all reflected on the ceiling by angled mirrors lining the entire area. Trinity Funktion also has a Rooftop Garden, located at the apex of the building, where guests can mingle amongst the vertically-planted foliage.

There is no doubt that this venue offers a superlative setting for any nightlife event; and has held phenomenal shows counting, Armin Van Buuren’s ASOT500, Groove Armada, The Wailers, James Zabiela, Gareth Emery and much more among them. With such a stellar track record Trinity Funktion has proved that they can successfully host any event, genre or artist.

Additionally the venue has collaborated with some of the best event companies in South Africa, such as, Sonic State, G&G Productions, Hype Media, DVM, After Hours, and Nuwave (to name a few).
