Showcasing the best in South African wine-related tourism, the inaugural Vindaba 2012 event will be open to the public on Thursday, 27 September as a celebration of World Tourism Day.
Visitors will see an array of exhibitors from wine farms to wedding venues, as well as have the opportunity to walk away with great giveaway prizes.
Wine tourism has been identified as one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global tourism market. Vindaba marks a new spirit of collaboration between Wines of South Africa (WOSA), SA Tourism and Cape Town Tourism, amongst other tourism bodies, in positioning South Africa on the world map of wine tourism.

Where: The Conservatory, Cape Town International Convention Centre
How: R50 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the CTICC on entry
