Winelands Yogathlon

Join us for something different in the Winelands, Dirtopia have partnered up with Nicci from Riverside studio, Stellenbosch to host the second Winelands Yogathlon on Delvera.
We will start off with a 7km run (with the option of the 5km route) of marked routes, followed by a 45 minutes yoga session and finish off with a short meditation. Fitter runners can also do a longer route of 12.5km if they prefer.
There will be kids entertainment, so bring the whole family!Very cool prizes to be won in a lucky draw. Have a look at the yoga mats for sale in the Trail Centre

Registration: from 08h00. Coffee will be ready in the Cafe.

Cost: R150 per person includes permit for run, a self-help refreshment station on route & at finish, plus the yoga & mediation session and lucky draw.
