Built in 1777, it is believed to be the most haunted house in Cape Town. It was once occupied by Pieter Noodt, a much-disliked governor. Footsteps are heard The ghost of a woman in a long dress is seen and another woman stands at a window upstairs with a cot next to her on the floor.
