This is Simon van der Stel’s original house and the oldest homestead and productive wine estate in SA, with the Cloete wine cellar, built in 1791, now a wine museum with a wide range of vessels for drinking and storing wine. Daily guided tours, wine tasting, sales, restaurants and info centres.
