Haiku | |
Some info: |
Haiku is proudly owned by Bukhara – and they have succeeded once again with a new dining experience that is worth every dim sum imaginable. The restaurant centres around one long, open-plan kitchen, which is a hive of activity with about 14 local and imported chefs on duty. Each chef is responsible for one specifi c item. It’s a food journey full of Peking duck, dim sum, wok-inspired dishes and Chinese stir-fries. The dark wood imported tables have wowed the wellheeled clientele who ‘ooh’ and ‘aah’ at every tiny morsel. The menu is extensive. There is an excellent wine list and the little bowls of warm sake are a hit. |
