A mysterious flute player is heard at Verlatenbosch, on the upper edge of Oranjezicht Estate. This is thought to be the ghost of a lonely leper whose only joy was playing his flute. He wondered around the mountain and sometimes to Greenmarket Square. This music is heard especially at sunset.
