Facilitation programmes
Groups can accomplish what one individual cannot and therefore groups are necessary. However, groups are more complex than an individual and therefore facilitators have a key role to play in all groups, especially those with challenging goals and areas of dysfunction. As South Africa’s democracy develops, the need for empowered individuals and organisations that function openly, increases. Facilitation skills are the key to ensure that this process occurs in the best possible way. |
The South African College of Applied Psychology is a learning institution of excellence providing education and training in the field coaching, councelling and applied psychology, both nationally and to the broader African continent.
