The University Museum has 2 divisions – the Sasol Art Museum houses impressive collections of 19th- and 20th-century artworks and an irreplaceable African collection in the Anthropology section and a documented history of the University itself. The University Art Gallery focuses on South African art and presents 10 exhibitions annually.
